As a young man in the search for the perfect glasses to ride my motorbike I realised that the options I found were too ordinary and not really fitting the purpose, so I stopped searching.
 

After a while I stumbled across the sunglasses collection from my mother that she had since the 70’s and I found an aviator form with almost no frame. I was sure it was the perfect shape as I would have almost nothing under my helmet to block my view.

Since then it has been my dream to recreate that piece of eyewear and therefore I have invested my time over the last years searching for the right people and circumstances to work with. As a result WERT GLAESER are proudly manufactured not only in Germany but actually in Bavaria, german state where I was born.
